Printer-S Privacy Policy

The controller of personal data is Adrian Duński Stringer-s, operating Printer-S. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@stringer-s.com.

• contact and order details, including name, email and phone number,
• delivery, billing and tax details when required,
• uploaded models, attachments, selected print settings and quotes,
• payment status and identifiers received from Stripe,
• account identifiers and order history after sign-in,
• messages, complaints, reviews and review consent,
• the review text, rating, public author name and publication month of reviews made public on the Printer-S Google Maps profile,
• quality reports and their optional photos,
• customer story photos, descriptions, publication choices and moderation data,
• the balance and history of awarded, redeemed and expired Printer-S Prints,
• technical, security and optional analytics data.

Data is processed to prepare quotes, perform contracts, handle payments and delivery, provide customer accounts, answer enquiries, handle quality reports, meet accounting duties, protect the service and establish or defend legal claims.

Account data is also used to operate the Printer-S Prints programme, prevent duplicate awards and apply Prints discounts. Customer stories are moderated and published on the basis of voluntary publication consent. Social media publication requires a separate choice.

Public Google Maps reviews are displayed with their source and rating, without being labelled as verified purchases, under the controller's legitimate interest in presenting the business's reputation transparently.

Optional analytics is based on consent. A review request is sent only when the Customer chooses that option.

Necessary data may be shared with Stripe, InPost, Resend or another configured email provider, Google/Firebase infrastructure, hosting and security providers, accounting advisers and public authorities where required by law.

Each recipient receives only the data required for its task and acts under its own terms or an appropriate data-processing arrangement.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate GDPR mechanisms, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, are used where required.

Data is retained only as long as needed for quoting, production, delivery, complaints, legal claims, accounting and security. Account data is retained until account deletion unless another legal ground requires continued storage.

Uploaded models required for production are retained until they are manually removed under the current operational process. Cookie choices are stored for 180 days.

A public Google Maps review is displayed until it is removed at source, the review set is updated or a valid objection is made.

Quality reports and photos are retained while the issue is handled and for the applicable claims period. Customer stories remain during moderation and, after publication, until consent is withdrawn or a valid objection is made. Prints history is retained while the account and programme operate, and longer only when required for settlements, complaints or legal claims.

Necessary cookies support security, account sessions and payments. Stripe may use its own necessary technologies within secure checkout.

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after consent. It measures visits, pages, traffic sources and basic device information. Analytics consent can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

After analytics consent, the service also stores a random browser identifier in local storage. Only its one-way hash is attached to quote records to count unique and returning calculator users. It contains neither an email address nor an IP address and is removed from the browser when analytics consent is withdrawn.

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority.

The calculator automatically analyses model geometry and settings to estimate time, material and price. This supports the requested quote and does not independently produce legal effects beyond preparing the Customer's selected offer.

Printer-S uses proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

This policy may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published at this address.
